Awards Protocol and Agreements

Fill out the
award nomination form to submit a web site for nomination
(after reading this protocol and agreement).

Anyone may submit
nominations for his/her own web site or for other peoples'
sites.

Web sites selected as
winners could display the award banner that will be sent with
the winning notification, however, the banner display should
provide a link to my main page at
http://www.Ratzenberger.net.

No one may display my award
banner unless I have selected his or her web site as a winning
site. To protect the meaningfulness of this award for the
winners, complaints will be filed against anyone inappropriately
displaying my award banner.

I am not responsible for
the content of pages that receive my award - simply because
people may change their web sites after receiving my award.

Nevertheless, winning sites
have responsibility and should notify me (and remove my award
banner) if the content of their web site is changed to something
that no longer meets the criteria specified above.

Winning sites are also
expected to notify me when their URL changes so that the links
on this page remain valid for my visitors.
